Through-hole Assembly
Our through-hole team are certified technicians with many years of experience providing electronic manufacturing services.
We use manual or automated through-hole equipment depending on the project.
We typically use selective soldering equipment for prototypes and short runs and wave soldering equipment for production runs.
Leadless Packages
Most components used in the production of small electronics come in leadless packages.
We have extensive experience in placing, inspecting, and reworking leadless packages such as dual/quad flats (DFN/QFN), Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs) and Chip Scale Packaging (CSP).
All leadless devices are x-rayed after assembly according to IPC standards.
